Job summary

Tesco Ireland is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the Clare/Limerick store. This is a senior role reporting directly to the Store Manager and involves leading a team to deliver great service, availability and customer satisfaction.

You will be the go-to person for colleagues, drive two-way communication, and ensure the store hits its targets while maintaining a positive working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and coach the team to deliver great service and availability.
• Take full accountability for the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Be the go-to person for colleagues and communicate effectively with the team.
• Lead replenishment teams to improve availability, merchandising and shelf standards.
• Review reports and implement improvements to benefit customers and staff.
