Larkrock Homes is looking for a dedicated Second Fix Carpenter for an immediate full-time position in Dublin. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in domestic construction projects, including 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.

This role offers a chance to grow with a progressive team during an exciting expansion phase. A company van and phone will be provided after a 6-week probation period.

Qualifications

• Full clean driving licence is essential.

Job description

Second Fix Carpenter.

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter for an immediate start.

Full-Time Role.

Lark rock are dedicated to retrofitting homes to an 'A' rated standard. All homes are finished to the very highest of standards. We have a small progressive dynamic team and are looking for talent to grow with the business through a very exciting expansion phase.

Hours: 7.30am - 4.30 / 5pm (Mon - Fri).

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate would have a strong carpentry background with at least 3 years experience working on domestic construction projects,
• With 1st & 2nd fix carpentry.
• Must have a keen eye for detail and be meticulous by nature.
• Must have a good manor and work ethic.
• Safe pass and manual handling required.
• Must have own transport and tools.
• Full clean driving licence essential.
• Excellent english both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of modern and traditional construction techniques with ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Must have strong Problem Solving skills with a pro-active approach.

Garda vetting may be required for certain projects.

Location of works: Mainly Dublin.

Occasionally national and international may be required.

Monday to Friday 7.30-4.30 with occasional overtime.

Company van and phone will be provided once probation period is finished which is 6 weeks.
