Job summary

AXA XL is seeking a seasoned executive to lead Technology & AI for APAC, Europe and ESS, reporting to the Chief Technology & AI Officer. This leader partners with the CEO teams to translate strategy into technology roadmaps and governance across regions.

The role drives investment, architecture, risk and regulatory alignment, and delivery accountability while building strong stakeholder relationships and guiding AI adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps and governance.
• Strong acumen in investment, ROI, and executive decision support.
• Experience leading technology and AI strategy across regions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technology and AI partner to APAC Europe and ESS shaping business direction through technology-led opportunities.
• Translate complex technology concepts into commercial and operational implications for executive decision-making.
• Convert business strategy into a prioritized and funded technology and AI roadmap.
• Own the technology and AI portfolio for the region and ensure delivery accountability.
• Build alignment across functions and influence senior stakeholders to drive decisions.
• Drive enterprise AI adoption with high-value use cases and operating model planning.
• Partner on risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements for technology initiatives.
