Job summary

Ekco Group seeks an experienced Director of OT Security Advisory & Transformation to act as a senior strategic partner to the CTO, guiding growth of DataLogiX's OT consulting and cybersecurity business. You will engage CIOs, CISOs, and Manufacturing Directors to shape transformation roadmaps and long-term customer relationships.

You will lead complex engagements, drive governance, and oversee delivery while collaborating with commercial and engineering teams to align OT and IT initiatives with

Qualifications

• 10+ years in OT, industrial cybersecurity or related disciplines.
• Experience leading customer-facing consulting or professional services engagements.
• Proven track record with regulated industries such as Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Critical Infrastructure, Utilities, Energy.
• Experience presenting to executive or board-level stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of OT security domains and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT security strategy engagements across key sectors.
• Develop OT cybersecurity roadmaps aligned to business objectives and regulatory obligations.
• Oversee large-scale OT consulting and transformation programs.
• Provide executive governance and program assurance for strategic initiatives.
• Grow revenue, pipeline and strategic account expansion through advisory leadership.
