Job summary

Ekco is seeking a Commercial Head of Function for Operational Technology to own the OT strategy, pipeline and commercial performance across Ireland, UK, US and Caribbean. You will turn Datalogix’s OT expertise into a scalable go-to-market, expanding managed services and ensuring successful integration with Ekco’s security portfolio.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior commercial or sales leadership role in OT or industrial tech.
• Track record of growing revenue and leading teams with quotas and forecasts.
• Experience selling complex solutions to manufacturing, life sciences or critical infrastructure customers.
• Strong understanding of OT environments and IT/OT convergence.
• Commercial acumen: pricing, contracts, margin and risk.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the OT commercial strategy, revenue plan and market-entry priorities by geography and sector.
• Own the commercial view of OT: bookings, revenue, margin, recurring revenue mix and forecast accuracy.
• Grow managed OT security, professional services and support revenue; integrate OT into Ekco’s security offerings.
• Lead, coach and grow OT sales, account management and pre-sales as the function scales.
• Cross-sell OT into Ekco customers and align pricing and contracting with group standards.
