Job summary

Ekco seeks an IT/OT Support Engineer to maintain OT systems, manage VM infrastructure, and control user access in a high-regulation environment. You will work to ensure security, continuity, and compliant operations across OT environments.

The role requires CCNA certification, VM management skills, and knowledge of OT cybersecurity initiatives, with opportunities for professional growth and international progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in OT/IT support within regulated environments.
• CCNA certification or equivalent.
• Familiarity with VM management and network infrastructure.
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity initiatives and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage Virtual Machines on TS managed hardware.
• Onboard and offboard user accounts via IAM processes.
• Facilitate remote access to OT environment for deployment and support teams.
• Ensure backup and recovery of critical OT systems per vendor processes.
• Identify and protect GxP data in regulatory compliance.
• Support OTCS initiatives including IAM, Tanium and firewall rules.
• Develop low-level designs and contribute to BCP for OT systems.
