Job summary

CaterHire in Dublin is seeking an experienced C Licence Delivery Driver to join our Delivery & Logistics team. You’ll deliver event hire furniture, tableware and catering equipment to customer sites across Dublin, ensuring every delivery is safe, efficient and on time.

This is a full-time role, five days per week (Monday to Saturday) with overtime during busy periods. You’ll be the face of CaterHire at customer sites, combining safe driving with a professional, helpful approach to client service.

Qualifications

• Full, clean C driving licence is required.
• CPC modules completed for C licence.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Deliver event hire equipment to multiple customer and event sites across Dublin and surrounding areas.
• Ensure deliveries are completed efficiently, accurately and on time.
• Assist with the setup and positioning of hire equipment on-site when required.
• Complete delivery paperwork, including delivery dockets and customer signatures.
• Use trolleys, cages and other handling equipment to transport goods safely.
• Provide a professional and helpful service when dealing with customers, venues and event teams.

The Role

This is a full-time role working five days between Monday and Saturday.During busy periods, flexibility is required and you may work more than40 hours per week. Overtime premium rates are available.

As part of our delivery team, you’ll travel to multiple customer andevent sites each day, delivering a wide range of furniture, tableware,catering equipment and other event hire products.

You’ll be one of the faces of CaterHire when arriving at customer sites,so we’re looking for someone who combines safe and efficient drivingwith a professional, helpful approach to customer service.

Key Duties
