Job summary

W Display and Movement is seeking a Senior 3D Designer to lead and manage design projects from concept to installation. You will collaborate with clients, the design team, and production staff to deliver creative, viable designs within time and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Experience using 3D design software such as Vectorworks or SketchUp.
• Rendering software knowledge (Artlantis or V-Ray).
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Experience taking a design from concept through to production.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects at once.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with clients and colleagues.
• Independent worker with initiative and a flexible approach to working hours.
• A full driving licence.
• A qualification in design, manufacturing or a related field would be an advantage.

We are looking for an experienced and creative 3D Designer to join our team and help lead our design studio.

With over 25 years in the industry, W Display and Movement work on a wide range of projects, including pop-ups, commercial fit-outs, exhibitions, events, bespoke builds, furniture and interiors.

We work with some of Ireland's best-known brands, including Bord Bia, Enterprise Ireland, AIB, Dyson, Jameson, Volvo, Primark, Dundrum Town Centre and Gym + Coffee.

You’ll be joining a team of designers and production specialists who work together to bring ideas from the initial concept through to the finished product. No two projects are the same, so this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and getting involved in all stages of the design process.

The Role

As a Senior 3D Designer, you’ll be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, developing concepts and making sure designs can be brought to life within the agreed deadlines and budget.

You’ll work closely with clients, the design team and production staff, so we’re looking for someone who is creative, organised and comfortable managing several projects at once. You’ll also help guide junior team members and contribute ideas to the wider team.
