Job summary

Agency Chef in Dublin seeks chefs with at least one year of relevant experience in high-volume catering environments. The role offers ongoing bookings across prime venues in Dublin City and surrounding areas, with training provided for essential HACCP and manual handling certs.

You must be able to communicate days you are free each week and be ready to work shifts. Pay ranges between €18 and €26 per hour, with weekly pay and flexible rosters to fit your diary.

Qualifications

• HACCP and Manual Handling certs are essential (training available).
• Valid work permits to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions.
• Passion for producing high-quality food.
• Ability to work under pressure and in busy environments.
• Provide two references from previous chef roles and references on request.
• Notify days free each week and availability for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food adhering to current hygiene regulations.
• Take direction from senior kitchen staff and follow SOPs.
• Adhere to HACCP guidelines at all times.
• Assist in efficient kitchen operations during high-volume events.

Agency Chef

We are looking for Chefs throughout Dublin.

Suitable Chef must have at least one year’s relevant experience in a or high-volume catering environment. We have ongoing Chef positions in prime units including some of the largest culinary events all throughout Dublin City and surrounding areas.

Eligibility Criteria

• Up to date HACCP and Manual Handling certs are essential – (We can provide training for these).
• Valid work permits to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions.
• Must have a passion to create high quality food.
• Must have the enthusiasm and ability to work under pressure.
• Provide points of contacts for references for employments from previous Chef roles.
• Chef must be able to communicate days free each week and be available for shifts.
• Chef must be able to provide two references from previous employments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food is prepared and cooked in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guidelines.
• Must be able to take instruction from other senior members of the kitchen team.
• Chef must always adhere to strict HACCP guidelines in the kitchen.
• Chef must be able to follow standard operating procedures and guidelines for duties assigned.
