Mulrines of Donegal is recruiting a Tank Farm Operator for the Ballybofey site. The role focuses on operating and monitoring the Pasteurisation Plant and Bucher Fruit Pressing Equipment, ensuring procedures are followed and records are kept.

Evening shift 4.00pm–12.00am, Monday to Friday, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork. The candidate will perform daily checks, CIP, sample testing, and maintain audit-ready standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Pasteurisation Plant and maintain records.
• Operate Bucher Fruit Pressing Equipment and maintain records.
• Complete CIP of equipment; handle chemicals safely.
• Inspect daily tank storage; maintain records.
• Perform sampling, monitoring and testing to ensure sterility.
• Maintain open communications and uphold health, safety and environmental standards.
