Job summary

St. Michael’s House in Dublin is seeking passionate Social Care Workers for an Evening Recruitment Campaign across 170 locations in the greater Dublin area. Flexible contracts include Full & Part-Time roles with salaries aligned to the HSE pay scale for Social Care Workers.

We will host an online webinar on 21st September at 6:00 p.m. to answer queries ahead of the evening recruitment event. Interviews are scheduled for 24th September 2026, 4–8 p.m., at Ballymun, Dublin 9.

Qualifications

• Empathy, teamwork and experience in supporting people with intellectual disabilities.
• Must have essential social care qualifications and CORU registration or in progress.
• Claro to work in Ireland and able to work evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence and community integration.
• Work as part of a team to support individuals with disabilities.
• Implement positive behaviour support plans where required.
• Meet eligibility to work in Ireland.
