Job summary

Meissner Filtration Products is seeking a Production Operator for the evening shift at the Castlebar, Co. Mayo facility. Join a manufacturing team dedicated to high-quality, single-use products in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment.

You will follow SOPs, operate equipment, maintain records, and assist with packaging and shipping while ensuring compliance and quality in a regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with cleanroom manufacturing is desired.
• Experience working in a regulated industry is beneficial.
• Basic computer skills with ability to quickly learn software applications.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret English safety and operating documents and record results.
• Personal commitment to produce the highest quality product.

Responsibilities

• Manufactures SUPS according to design specifications via drawings and SOPs.
• Interface with computer systems to track production orders and records.
• Read SOPs to perform manufacturing operations correctly.
• Adjust machine settings per SOPs.
• Initiate welding cycles for assembly of components.
• Examine and test products at production stages per SOPs for defects.
• Maintain meticulous production and defect records.
• Visually inspect finished products for design, packaging, and labeling accuracy.
• Assist in packaging and shipping of finished goods.
• Observe machinery and report irregularities to supervisor or quality.
• Clean equipment at various production stages.
