Job summary

EZO EV Charging is expanding its delivery team to support the rollout of high-quality EV infrastructure across Ireland and the UK. The Quantity Surveyor will own cost control, procurement and NEC4 contractual administration to ensure compliant, efficient project execution.

You will manage cost tracking, tender evaluation, risk registers, and subcontractor pricing, liaising with project managers to align commercial activities with programme milestones.

Qualifications

• Strong construction background with experience in EV charging or similar infrastructure projects.
• Responsible for cost planning, procurement and NEC4 contract administration to ensure compliant project delivery.
• Experience administering NEC4 obligations (A–F) and managing compensation events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare early-stage cost plans, feasibility estimates and order of cost estimates for new EV charging sites.
• Produce Bills of Quantities, activity schedules and pricing documents for NEC4 tender processes.
• Evaluate tenders and provide commercial recommendations for contract awards.
