Job summary

Mercedes-Benz North Dublin is seeking two Motor Vehicle Technicians to join the team at North City Business Park, Dublin 11. You will diagnose faults in EV and hybrid vehicles, perform high-voltage repairs, and conduct routine servicing with precise record-keeping.

Ideal candidates hold a motor mechanics qualification with EV/ HV awareness. Strong electronics knowledge and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Trade certification in Motor Mechanics or equivalent is required.
• Strong understanding of vehicle electronics and CAN systems.
• Experience with diagnostic platforms and fault-finding tools.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults in vehicles including electric and hybrid systems.
• Repair high-voltage batteries and electrical components.
• Carry out scheduled servicing and maintenance.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues.
• Conduct safety checks in line with EV standards.
• Maintain accurate service and repair records.
