Job summary

Pilsen Auto Ltd in Dublin is seeking a qualified Diagnostic Technician with high voltage expertise and VW/Audi Group pathway experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in a senior technician role and will diagnose faults across service, ensuring safe repairs to the highest standards and customer satisfaction.

You will lead diagnostic work, use measuring devices, interpret technical data, document hours and parts, and work closely with the Workshop Controller to drive productivity

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience at a senior technician level.
• Strong diagnostic capability across vehicle systems.
• Ability to work safely and to high standards, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional customer service standards in daily work.
• Take responsibility for repair and servicing of vehicles.
• Complete work orders with repairs, parts and labour details.
• Analyse work orders and verify diagnosis accuracy in the workshop.
• Test vehicles with measuring devices and provide diagnostic reports.
• Interpret manufacturer data (e.g., Skoda System) and procedures.
• Report additional faults to Service Manager and arrange parts as needed.
• Maintain vehicle health checks and perform routine service work.
