Job summary

Driivz, a Vontier company, seeks a highly skilled Pre‑Sales Solution Engineer to join our European team. You will partner with Sales, Product, and R&D to translate customer needs into scalable solutions and help drive the entire sales cycle—from qualification to contract signing.

In this role you will design end‑to‑end technical and business solutions, lead product demos for technical and executive audiences, and collaborate with Product, R&D, Operations, and Sales Ops.

Qualifications

• Fluent English – Mandatory.
• Professional French, German and Spanish – an advantage.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Sales roles.
• Strong ability to understand and translate customer needs into solutions.
• Excellent presentation, demo, and storytelling capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
• Proactive, self-driven, results-oriented.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement: Support full sales lifecycle from qualification to closure.
• Solution Design & Architecture: Design end-to-end technical and business solutions and define integrations.
• Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Lead demos for technical and executive audiences with ROI focus.
• Internal Collaboration: Align with Product, R&D, Operations, and Sales Ops.
• Commercial & Proposal Support: Contribute to proposals and technical docs; PoC/pilot proposals.
