Job summary

Quest Recruitment is seeking an experienced Head of Product & Partnership Implementation to drive strategic delivery of new products, partnerships and market expansion across Europe. You will oversee a portfolio of complex implementations, translating commercial objectives into actionable delivery plans and ensuring successful launches.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in insurance, banking or consulting.
• Experience in a senior leadership position.
• Strong programme, portfolio and project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Excellent communication, influencing and decision-making skills.
• Experience operating in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and governance of the Product & Partnership Implementation function.
• Oversee multiple product launches, market entries and partnership implementations across European markets.
• Establish clear frameworks, methodologies and governance structures to support effective delivery.
• Manage portfolio prioritisation, resource allocation, risks and key dependencies.
• Work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment between commercial objectives and operational capacity.
• Lead relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, including partners and Group entities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Marketing and other business areas.
• Oversee implementations from initial scoping through to go-live and operational handover.
• Ensure implementations meet regulatory, risk, audit and governance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement across implementation processes, tools and frameworks.
• Lead, develop and coach the implementation team.
