Formerra in Dublin is seeking a Finance & Logistics Specialist to support European operations with accurate accounting, freight, inventory, and logistics activities. You will manage supplier/freight invoices, maintain records, and coordinate freight payments using the ERP system.

Role involves working with Finance, Supply Chain, Compliance, and third-party logistics partners to drive efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance across Europe. Hybrid work with on-site presence required.

Qualifications

• Experience processing invoices and reconciling accounts.
• Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and strong internal controls.

Responsabilités

• Process supplier and freight invoices accurately and timely per policy.
• Reconcile creditor accounts and bank transactions.
• Investigate invoice and reconciliation discrepancies with suppliers and teams.
• Maintain organized financial, logistics, inventory, and compliance docs for audits.
• Support month-end close activities and audit requests.
• Coordinate supplier and freight payments with Finance and cross-functional teams.
• Initiate and manage shipping, receiving, and inventory in the ERP system.
• Coordinate freight movements with third-party logistics/warehouses.
• Verify freight invoices and monitor logistics transactions.
• Support customs documentation when required.
• Facilitate regular inventory counts and discrepancy reconciliations.
• Prepare reports on freight spend, inventory, and accounts payable metrics.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Compliance, Sales, and Operations.
