Job summary

Designer Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to drive live data centre projects across Europe. You will own multiple electrical packages, provide clear leadership to site teams and ensure delivery is safe, controlled and commercially sound.

You will work with Project Managers, Engineers, QS, Planning, Procurement and QA/QC teams to deliver projects on programme, within budget and to the highest standards across European locations.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical background with experience delivering large-scale M&E or electrical projects.
• Experience delivering hyperscale, colocation or mission-critical data centre projects.
• Live data centre environments experience is advantageous.
• Senior delivery leadership experience in Contracts Manager/Senior Project Manager roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of electrical contracts across live data centre projects in Europe.
• Provide operational leadership to project teams including PMs, site managers and engineers.
• Ensure delivery is safe, on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Manage project performance against programme, cost, quality and client expectations.
• Collaborate with commercial teams for forecasting, change control and margin protection.
• Oversee procurement planning, subcontractor engagement and material requirements.
