Job summary

Procore Technologies in Europe seeks a Field Chief Operating Officer to align strategic customer needs with product and technology, serving senior executives across Europe. This high-visibility role reports to the Chief Experience Officer (Field CXO) and may be based in London or Dublin.

You will shape 3-5 year roadmaps, drive revenue partnerships, and act as the regional public voice on technology, data, and digital transformation for the construction industry.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in construction or a related field.
• Deep understanding of the European construction landscape and procurement methods.
• Proven track record driving enterprise technology initiatives and digital transformation.
• Strong storytelling and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to regional executives and C-suite across Europe.
• Translate business imperatives into technology roadmaps and KPI impact.
• Represent Procore at industry events and author thought leadership.
• Collaborate with sales and product to close strategic European deals.
• Translate European requirements into insights for Product and Engineering.
