Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Senior Agency Growth Manager to develop and grow relationships with independent agencies across Europe, identifying high-potential partners and onboarding them to unlock growth for their clients.

You will work cross-functionally to position Pinterest's advertising solutions, manage the full acquisition cycle, and drive revenue growth through strategic collaboration and industry engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development, agency sales, digital advertising sales, or client acquisition.
• Experience building and growing relationships with agencies, advertisers, or strategic partners.
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (social, search, display, or performance marketing).
• Track record of achieving or exceeding commercial targets in KPI-driven environments.
• Ability to conduct discovery conversations and position solutions based on business needs.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and acquire high-potential independent agencies across Europe.
• Build and nurture agency relationships through strategic outreach and partnerships.
• Understand agency objectives and position Pinterest as a strategic partner.
• Develop tailored proposals and business cases using insights and case studies.
• Manage the full acquisition cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
• Develop agency growth plans to drive advertiser adoption and revenue growth.
• Use market intelligence and performance insights to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partners.
• Represent Pinterest at industry events to expand the agency ecosystem.
