Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand its independent agency ecosystem across Europe. You will identify, engage, and onboard high-potential agency partners while helping them unlock growth opportunities for their clients on the platform.

Working closely with agencies, you will take a consultative approach to understand business objectives, position Pinterest's advertising solutions, and drive revenue growth through strategic collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development, agency sales, or client acquisition.
• Experience building and growing relationships with agencies or strategic partners.
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (social, search, display).
• Track record of achieving commercial targets in a KPI-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and acquire high-potential independent agencies across key European markets.
• Build and nurture agency relationships through strategic outreach and long-term partnerships.
• Understand agency and advertiser objectives to position Pinterest as a strategic advertising partner.
• Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and business cases using platform insights and case studies.
• Manage the full acquisition cycle from prospecting to onboarding and activation.
• Develop and execute agency growth plans to drive advertiser adoption and revenue growth.
• Use market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to support success.
• Represent Pinterest at industry events and networking opportunities to expand the ecosystem.
