• Identify and acquire high-potential independent agencies across Europe.

• Position Pinterest as a strategic advertising partner to meet client objectives.
• Develop tailored proposals and business cases using market insights and case studies.
• Manage the full acquisition cycle from prospecting to onboarding and activation.
• Drive advertiser adoption, engagement, and revenue growth on Pinterest.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Partners teams to support agency success.
• Represent Pinterest at industry events and networking opportunities.
