ICE Data Indices, LLC, a subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange Inc., seeks a Compliance Analyst (Fixed Term - Maternity Cover) to support the Compliance Officer in designing, reviewing, implementing, and testing key controls, policies and procedures to ensure regulatory alignment.

3+ years in a compliance role within EU/UK financial services or with a regulator.

Responsibilities

Carry out IDI’s Compliance Programme with reference to IOSCO Principles for Financial Benchmarks, the UK and EU BMR.
Collaborate with ICE lines of business, legal, risk management, internal audit and information security to review and update policies and procedures.
Develop and perform testing and monitoring of control activities to ensure adherence to rules and policies.
Maintain compliance registers and records on a day‑to‑day basis.
Support oversight and advisory committees and prepare reports for management.
Review and update compliance training materials and advise on compliance matters.
Assist with investigations and reviews and foster a culture of regulatory compliance.
