Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Analyst (Fixed Term - Maternity Cover) to support the Compliance Officer of IDI in designing, reviewing, developing, implementing, and testing key controls, policies and procedures to ensure the IDI compliance programme remains effective and aligned with regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years’ experience in a compliance role within EU/UK financial services or with a regulator.
• Knowledge of IOSCO Principles for Financial Benchmarks, BMR, MAR or related regulatory frameworks is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to committees and management.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, with multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; capable of building reports and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Carry out IDI’s Compliance Programme with reference to IOSCO Principles and BMR.
• Collaborate with ICE functions, legal, risk, internal audit and information security to update policies and procedures.
• Develop testing and monitoring of control activities to ensure adherence to rules.
• Maintain compliance registers and records day-to-day.
• Support oversight and advisory committees and prepare management reports.
