Qualifications

• Experience with government contract negotiation and management.
• Ability to interpret complex contractual and regulatory documentation.
• Experience in semiconductor or electronics industries.

Responsibilities

• Represent Cadence with the EU Commission and member states.
• Engage with partners and institutions to develop opportunity pipelines.
• Assess contract terms and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to negotiations with customers and regulatory bodies.
• Guide teams on commercial considerations in RFPs.
• Identify and elevate risks to executive management.
• Maintain understanding of Cadence products and services.
