Job summary

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in credit risk management within European or international banking.
• Experience operating under delegated credit authority and providing independent challenge on complex credit transactions.
• Broad exposure to multiple asset classes, including structured credit; strong regulatory understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credit decisioning and approval framework across portfolios.
• Lead governance of the Credit Committee and risk reporting.
• Provide portfolio risk insights to senior management and ICAAP discussions.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Treasury to align risk appetite with business activity.
