Job summary

Culture Vitale is seeking an experienced B2B sales freelancer to grow corporate partnerships across Europe. You will engage CXOs, HR, L&D, and leadership to present Culture Vitale’s Sessions of Vitality and convert discussions into bookings.

You’ll build repeat business with HR, L&D, and client teams, while maintaining independence and flexibility. Experience with large organizations, hospitality, events, and wellness is highly valued. English proficiency required, other EU languages a bonus.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with large organizations.
• Experience with corporate services, HR/L&D, key accounts, events, hospitality, wellness.
• Comfortable with commission-only, relationship-led selling.
• Fluent in English; other EU languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage corporate decision-makers (CXO, HR, L&D, leadership).
• Introduce and sell Culture Vitale’s Sessions of Vitality.
• Convert conversations into confirmed bookings.
• Nurture repeat business and long-term client relationships.
• Act as a trusted first touchpoint and commercial lead in your market.
