Jncfence in Ireland is seeking an Estimator & Quantity Surveyor to join our team across security fencing, sports fencing, artificial pitches, groundworks, drainage, civils, floodlighting and sports infrastructure.

You will work with our Estimating, QS, Contracts and Engineering teams on tender review, take-offs, BOQs, cost monitoring and subcontractor management, with site visits and project meetings.

Formación

• Qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong commercial and numerical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Review drawings, specs and tender documents.
• Prepare accurate and competitive tenders.
• Quantity take-offs and BOQs / schedules of rates.
• Manage tenders from enquiry to submission.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Cost monitoring and reporting.
• Procurement and management of subcontractors.
• Valuations, variations, measurements and final accounts.
• Site visits and project meetings.
• Assist with project planning and programming.

Working alongside our Estimating, QS, Contracts and Engineering teams, you will be involved in:
