Job summary

Designer Group is seeking an Estimation Graduate to join our Estimating team in Ireland. You will learn to prepare tenders for major M&E projects, working with experienced estimators and engineers on drawings, specifications and supplier quotations.

Training will cover commercial and technical processes, tender pricing, and maintenance of estimating records. This entry-level role offers structured development and a clear path into pre-construction careers within a leading M&E contractor.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret technical information.
• Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness and willingness to learn.
• Construction or engineering experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of estimates and tenders.

The Role

As an Estimation Graduate, you will join our Estimating team and develop an understanding of the commercial and technical processes involved in preparing tenders for major M&E projects.
