Inspire is seeking a Finance Data & Systems Accountant to join its finance transformation programme in Belfast. You will lead data preparation, validation and migration to a new ERP and help establish robust controls and reporting across the organisation.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance, you will collaborate with finance, IT and implementation partners to ensure data accuracy, support testing, and drive continuous improvement of financial processes through technology and

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant or finalist/part-qualified with relevant experience.
• Experience supporting finance systems implementation or optimisation projects.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, reconciliations and reporting.
• Experience with ERP/finance management systems and data migration.
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical/problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Lead finance data preparation, validation, reconciliation and migration for ERP implementation.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity with robust controls and audit readiness.
• Support redesign of financial structures, reporting frameworks and system config.
• Coordinate testing, training and go-live activities with partners.
• Collaborate across finance, technology and transformation to drive improvements.
