Job summary

Uniphar Group in Dublin is seeking a Commercial / Financial Accountant to join the Supply Chain Services team reporting to the Finance Manager.

You will lead month-end reporting, review margins, support commercial agreements, and manage balance sheet reconciliations with cross-functional partners.

The role requires a professional accounting qualification and 2–3 years of experience, strong attention to detail and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 2–3 years accounts experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial awareness.
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ability to handle large data volumes and deliver results quickly.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Review Gross Margin and Sales with month-end accounts prep and reporting.
• Collaborate with Commercial Team to apply agreements and reclaim deals.
• Support Master data updates such as price changes and product set-up.
• Assist AP/AR to ensure accurate information passes to commercial teams.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and BS by Profit Centre.
• Coordinate with AP/AR/IT to resolve reconciling items.
• Act as point of contact for external auditors for annual audit.
