Job summary

You will work closely with OpU, program leads, and stakeholders to meet timelines and manage cashflow.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering discipline.
• 10+ years engineering experience in biotech/pharma GMP environment.
• Strong DeltaV and commissioning experience for on-the-floor C&Q presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering cell through projects using the Pfizer Capital Projects Management Plan.
• Ensure schedule adherence and deliverables with OpU, leads and stakeholders.
• Educate and bring cell teams along with DeltaV knowledge and commissioning activities.
• Manage relationships with A&E/Construction teams through project phases.
• Embed IIF safety culture and drive site programs and CRGs.
