Job summary

Pfizer seeks an Equipment Technology Engineering Cell Lead to drive a high-performing engineering cell through capital projects in a GMP environment. You will lead project delivery, ensure schedule adherence, manage cashflow, and enable active C&Q on the floor with DeltaV expertise.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate with OpU and stakeholders, embed safety culture, and shape commissioning, qualification, and facility fit-for-purpose design for new products and equipment.

Qualifications

• Degree in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years engineering experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing environment.
• Legal eligibility to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering team cell through projects and ensure schedule adherence.
• Collaborate with OpU, Program Leads and Stakeholders to meet project deliverables.
• Provide strong DeltaV knowledge and on-floor C&Q involvement during project phases.
• Lead design and facility fit-for-purpose work for new products/equipment.
• Manage capital and cashflow for new products and projects.
• Foster a safety culture and cross-functional collaboration across departments.
