HERO Recruitment Ltd. in Limerick seeks an experienced Project Manager – Equipment to lead and coordinate large-scale CAPEX projects within a biopharma environment. You will drive planning, design review and FAT, installation, commissioning and qualification to meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, risk control and delivery on time and budget, with regular updates to senior stakeholders and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience managing large-scale CAPEX projects.
• Experience in biopharma or life sciences sector is highly desirable.
• Strong project planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience overseeing equipment design, FAT, installation, commissioning and qualification.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, risk management and project delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead project planning, execution and monitoring, including schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Oversee equipment design, FAT, installation, commissioning and qualification.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained, including equipment safety assessments and clearances.
• Coordinate equipment shipping, delivery and installation schedules.
• Manage external vendors and drive timely resolution of technical and project issues.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with engineering, procurement and quality stakeholders.
• Monitor project milestones, manage risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Provide regular project progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies and procedures.
