Job summary

PSC Biotech is seeking a Project Equipment Lead for a 12-month on-site assignment in Limerick. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement and quality to plan, execute, and close large-scale CAPEX projects in the biopharma sector.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5+ years of CAPEX project management experience, preferably in life sciences. You will manage budgets, timelines, risk and vendor coordination to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).
• 5+ years experience managing large-scale CAPEX projects, ideally in the biopharma or life sciences sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets and resources for equipment design and qualification.
• Oversee FAT, commissioning and qualification phases aligned with project goals.
• Ensure safety and quality across project lifecycle with CE considerations.
• Track milestones and ensure timely delivery of all phases.
• Prepare progress updates for senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate shipping and delivery of major equipment to site.
• Manage external vendors and drive issue resolution.
