Job summary

Kinisla Group is seeking an Environmental Lead to manage the environmental agenda for the Listowel site in Ireland. The role requires expertise in environmental compliance, ISO 14001, and strong leadership of the EUS team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a similar environmental leadership role.
• Experience with environmental management systems, particularly ISO 14001.
• Degree level or equivalent qualification in EHS or related discipline.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change on site.
• Experience building networks across site and with other sites.
• Standards setting and holding people to account to drive standards.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• SME for environmental matters and drive compliance with legislation and policies.
• Advise Site Leadership Team and promote best practices.
• Manage IE Licence issue resolution measures.
• Lead Environmental/Services (EUS) team members.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain ISO 14001 accreditation.
• Oversee environmental monitoring, reporting, audits and inspections.
• Develop and implement site environmental objectives, targets and plans.
• Drive site KPI delivery and sustainability initiatives.
• Act as competent authority contact for visits and audits.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, supply chain and quality.
