Job summary

Environmental Consultant role based in County Roscommon, Ireland. The successful candidate will manage environmental projects, prepare technical reports and assessments, and liaise with clients and regulatory bodies across multiple sectors.

This position offers remote, hybrid, or office-based work in County Roscommon, with salary negotiable and additional package. A minimum of 5 years’ experience and a degree in environmental science are required, along with a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• Expertise in EIAs, permitting, EPA licensing, discharge licences, waste permissions, and Article 27/28 applications.
• Strong understanding of EU and Irish environmental legislation.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the environmental sector.
• Full driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental projects from proposal to final delivery.
• Prepare technical reports and environmental assessments.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, stakeholders, and sub-contractors.
• Guide permitting and licensing processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support business development and build strong client relationships.
• Deliver high-quality environmental solutions across multiple sectors.
