Job summary

The Irish Wheelchair Association is seeking a Programme Assistant to support the planning and delivery of projects and programmes within their Resource and Outreach services. This role ensures a high-quality service delivery by preparing the Resource Centre and providing individual support to service users based on their requirements.

No prior experience is needed, as accredited training will be provided. Key responsibilities include developing templates for projects and driving members to and from the centre.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow defined requirements in support of service users.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Resource Centre for service delivery.
• Develop project and programme design templates.
• Deliver projects and programmes as directed.
• Report service delivery issues to Programme Organiser.
• Support service users in line with their Individual Service Plan.
• Provide individual supports in accordance with defined requirements.
• Drive members to and from the centre and activities.
