Job summary

Deutsche Börse Group in Ireland is seeking an early-career professional to support fund registration, regulatory reporting (UCITS, PRIIPs, MIFID, AIFMD, SFDR), and data management services with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

You will work with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams, perform quality checks, and help implement process improvements while building knowledge of fund operations and data validation tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Economics, Data Management, or related field (post-graduate preferred).
  • 1–2 years’ experience in investment funds, regulatory reporting, quality assurance, or data management.
  • Understanding of fund industry, UCITs, PRIIPs, MIFID, AIFMD, SFDR/EET standards.
  • Strong technical aptitude; familiarity with data validation tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Support fund registration and maintenance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Perform quality control checks on regulatory reports and ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams for document collection, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Analyze ESG data and regulatory disclosures, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Assist in the design and maintenance of fund structures and data management systems.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated on regulatory changes.
