Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join our Due Diligence team at Carne. The role involves issuing, tracking, and logging due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and supporting the due diligence review process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Issue, track, and log receipt of DDQs issued to Delegates through Carne’s proprietary software.
  • Maintain the central tracker for due diligence reviews, keeping status updated.
  • Monitor the team inbox to respond to client queries immediately and elevate complex queries to senior team members.
  • Attend due diligence meetings with Delegates where required, take minutes, and support the review lead.
  • Complete ad‑hoc tasks to support the team.
  • Attend team meetings, provide updates on DDQ status, and escalade any delays.
Minimum Requirements
  • Recognised professional or third‑level qualification in Finance, Accountancy, Mathematics or Business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong numeric, analytical and organisational skills.
  • Genuine interest in the funds industry and an eagerness to learn and build a successful career.
