Job summary

Agilent Technologies is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager for Ireland to support Lab Enterprise Division LPS implementations and customer solutions. You will collaborate with pre-sales, local delivery teams and the LED division to ensure market needs are addressed with products and services.

You will act as a SME for LPS and drive scalable delivery models while building strong customer relationships. The role offers remote work options and opportunities to influence Lab Productivity

Responsibilities

• Own country-level Enterprise and LED/LPS program success.
• Develop business plans with Sales to grow enterprise accounts.
• Implement large integrated Enterprise contract solutions.
• Manage strategic customer relationships, retention and growth.
• Drive customer-first service delivery and satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Sales, Service Delivery, LED and local teams.
• Build scalable tools, processes and delivery models for new customer sites.
• Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, risks and milestones.
• Monitor account performance, gross margin and improvement actions.
• Act as SME for LPS, lab productivity and enterprise service solutions.
• Support global and regional strategic initiatives and new service products.
• Report project progress, financial and customer updates to stakeholders.
• Travel up to 10% as required to support supplier, customer, and internal business needs
