Accenture is seeking an Enterprise Operating Model (EOM) Consultant to advise boards on transforming operating models and enhancing performance in a dynamic business context. You will contribute to our three sub-offerings: enterprise operating model design, value stream and team design, and operating model intelligence and optimisation.

Qualifications

• Above-average university degree required; MBA/doctorate advantageous.
• Experience working in consulting or equivalent professional services.
• Structured approach with conceptual thinking and solution-oriented delivery.

Responsibilities

• Advise boards and executives on transforming operating models for growth and agility.
• Design and activate operating models aligning strategy to execution across human and AI teams.
• Support benchmarking, quantitative analyses and governance design.
