Abrivia Recruitment Specialists is recruiting for a Commercial Manager to drive new business growth across the Irish market. The role focuses on developing enterprise relationships and selling a broad portfolio of consulting and technology services in a growing international advisory environment.

You will open doors, manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and influence the company’s go-to-market strategy from day one. Hybrid working and uncapped commission accompany a strong career path.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience developing new business within enterprise IT consulting and digital transformation.
• Proven track record winning new enterprise clients and building strategic relationships.
• Experience selling complex consultative solutions to medium/large organisations.
• Confident engaging with CIOs, Heads of IT and senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new enterprise relationships, manage complex sales cycles and position a broad portfolio of consulting and technology services.
• Win new business with medium and large organisations.
• Build relationships with CIOs, Heads of IT, Transformation Directors and senior business stakeholders.
• Manage opportunities from initial engagement through to contract.
• Support client engagement campaigns alongside the leadership team.
• Coach and develop an existing Business Development Representative.
• Represent the business at networking events and customer meetings.
