Job summary

Acuity is transforming its enterprise systems and seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead ERP-driven architecture for the Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation. Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise application/ERP or solution architecture experience, with Oracle ERP transformation exposure.

This role sits at the heart of that modernization, using OCI, OIC, and AI-enabled automation as key enablers for scalable ERP transformation.

Acuity is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead ERP-led enterprise architecture and solution design for our Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation. This role will define target-state Oracle Fusion ERP architecture and guide scalable, secure, integrated, and AI-enabled solutions across a complex enterprise ecosystem.

The ideal candidate brings deep Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP expertise, strong Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) architecture experience, and the ability to apply AI automation and agentic solutions to improve ERP workflows, business process efficiency, decision support, and enterprise productivity.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Enterprise & Oracle Fusion ERP Architecture

• Define and evolve the target-state Oracle Fusion ERP architecture across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report domains.
• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud solution architecture across core ERP and SCM capabilities, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and transformation objectives.
• Guide modernization from Oracle EBS and legacy ERP platforms to Oracle Fusion Cloud, including coexistence and transition architecture across Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, and surrounding enterprise applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solution designs, including configuration, reporting, security, extensions, integrations, and clean-core principles.
• Establish ERP architecture standards, design principles, governance frameworks, reusable solution patterns, and architecture review practices.

OCI Platform, OIC & Integration Architecture

• Define the OCI platform architecture required to support Oracle Fusion ERP extensions, integrations, automation, security, monitoring, and enterprise scalability.
• Architect enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OCI services, APIs, events, SOAP/REST services, middleware patterns, and secure connectivity models.
• Establish OCI platform standards for identity, networking, security, observability, resiliency, environment strategy, deployment patterns, and operational governance.
• Define secure and scalable integration patterns between Oracle Fusion Cloud and surrounding enterprise systems, including CRM, eCommerce, Manufacturing, third‑party SaaS applications, and boundary systems.
• Establish integration standards for system‑to‑system integration, event‑based messaging, EDI/B2B integration, API governance, monitoring, exception handling, and supportability.
• Partner with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure OCI platform architecture is secure, resilient, observable, cost‑conscious, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

AI, Automation & Agentic Solutions

• Identify opportunities to embed AI, intelligent automation, and agentic solutions into ERP and enterprise workflows.
• Design AI‑enabled automation for approvals, exception handling, knowledge retrieval, decision support, productivity improvement, and business process acceleration.
• Collaborate with AI, product, security, ERP, and platform teams to ensure AI solutions are practical, governed, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Evaluate Oracle AI Services, Fusion embedded AI capabilities, AI agents, LLM‑powered assistants, and emerging GenAI technologies for business‑relevant ERP use cases.

Define AI governance, security, and architecture principles for responsible enterprise adoption

Skills And Minimum Experience Required

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise application, ERP, or solution architecture, with significant experience in Oracle ERP transformation programs.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, Order Management, Manufacturing, or related business domains.
• Strong experience guiding modernization from Oracle EBS or legacy ERP platforms to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OCI platform services, ERP integration patterns, APIs, events, EDI/B2B, security, networking, observability, resiliency, and integration governance.
• Experience applying AI automation, GenAI capabilities, or agentic solutions to enterprise workflows, ERP processes, productivity use cases, or decision support.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, OCI Architect, or Oracle Integration Cloud certifications.
• Experience with TOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks applied pragmatically to ERP transformation.
• Experience with Oracle AI capabilities, AI agent frameworks, enterprise automation platforms, or GenAI‑enabled business process solutions.
• Experience designing OCI platform patterns for Oracle Fusion extensions, integrations, automation, monitoring, identity, connectivity, and operational governance.
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, or multi‑cloud environments, particularly where they coexist with Oracle Fusion and OCI architecture.
