Job summary

The Recruitment Company is seeking an Enterprise Architect for Dublin. This hybrid role combines 2-3 days on-site with remote work, and starts a new transformation programme in its early discovery phase.

You will help define strategy and architecture across the business, focusing on data strategy and a clear technology roadmap for future changes. The role includes assessing current maturity and recommending prioritised investments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering enterprise architecture strategy from discovery to delivery on large-scale programmes.
• Strong understanding of data strategy, integrations and enterprise applications.
• Ability to assess technology landscapes, identify risks, and prioritise workloads.
• Experience evaluating tools and technology models for maturity and business needs.
• Experience designing architectures, governance, and technology standards.
• Developing target-state architectures and roadmaps for business transformation.
• Ability to translate complex architecture concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of systems integration and data flows.
