Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Delivery Engineer to embed with enterprise customers, crafting Agentic architectures and AI-enabled workflows that enhance contract lifecycles. You will write code, create prompts, and deploy GenAI in production across large populations, collaborating with product and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes client-facing work, cross-functional delivery, and shaping our AI roadmap. Hybrid work includes in-office and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 12+ years in software engineering or delivery roles.
• 18-24 months implementing LLMs and GenAI in production.
• Experience with customer engagements during POCs and evaluations.
• Experience with Python, Java, C++.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead cross functional customer-facing engagements to develop and deploy Agentic solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled workflows with Docusign APIs and third-party integrations.
• Execute deployment 'firsts' to prove patterns and toolkits.
• Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with customer stakeholders and internal teams to translate requirements into production AI solutions.
• Memorialize deployment strategies and contribute to product learnings.
