Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Delivery Engineer to work with strategic enterprise customers, delivering complex Agentic AI workflows and integrated solutions across OpenAI, CoPilot, Claude and other ecosystems. You will design customer processes, write code, and craft prompts to drive tangible business outcomes within Docusign’s IAM and API ecosystems.

The role is hybrid, reporting to the Sr. Director, Value Delivery Realization.

Qualifications

12+ years in software engineering, deployment-focused roles or technical delivery in tech companies or AI startups.
18–24 months deploying GenAI/LLMs in production with multi-step workflows and orchestration.
Experience working directly with customers during POCs, architecture reviews, and evaluations.
Proficiency with Python, Java, or C++ and strong systems fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Design and lead cross-functional customer engagements to develop Agentic solutions.
Build AI-enabled workflows, integrate Docusign AI capabilities and third-party APIs.
Deploy production-grade AI agents, create repeatable patterns and toolkits.
Conduct technical demos, trainings, and workshops for diverse audiences.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams to shape AI roadmap.
Develop robust data pipelines and containerized microservices for autonomous tools.
