Job summary

Wonderful is seeking a Deployment Strategist to drive AI deployments from discovery through pilot and production rollout. You will embed with enterprise customers, translate needs into clear deployment plans, and coordinate across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

This hands-on role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong communication, and a bias toward action as you ensure solutions deliver real value in live environments.

What You'll Do

As a Deployment Strategist at Wonderful, you are responsible for making AI deployments actually land.

Wonderful is the AI operating system for enterprises, helping them close the gap between what AI enables and how they operate today. You lead enterprise customers from early discovery through pilot and production rollout, translating ambitious AI initiatives into clear scopes, executable plans, and measurable outcomes. You sit between the customer, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Product, ensuring everyone is aligned on what is being built, why it matters, and how it will succeed in production.

This is a hands‑on role for people who enjoy ambiguity, ownership, and seeing complex projects through to the end.

• Experience in deployment-focused, technical, or execution‑oriented roles.
