Job summary

ABP Nenagh is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the on-site engineering team and drive reliability across plant equipment while partnering with operations to meet production targets.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, CMMS proficiency, and a proven track record in a manufacturing setting, with a focus on safety, housekeeping and continuous improvement. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a maintenance team in a manufacturing/processing site.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
• Plan and supervise maintenance work to improve line efficiency.
• Manage CMMS for work orders, scheduling and KPIs.
